Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of host or related restaurant experience.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Developed English language skills (written and spoken).
• OpenTable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests upon arrival and bids farewell to all guests upon departure.
• Display a good telephone voice that is understood and friendly.
• Distributes menus, wine lists, and related materials to guests.
• Maintains knowledge of pricing, service standards, and specials.
• Follows reservation-taking and confirmation procedures.
• Coordinates seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest experience.
• Assists in setup and breakdown of displays.
• Follows life/safety procedures.
