Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with registration, provide room rate quotes, and manage reservations at our resort properties.

You’ll handle cash and credit transactions, confirm checkouts, and respond promptly to guest questions to ensure a memorable stay. The role requires excellent English communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (read, write, speak).
• Ability to process cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Proactive problem solving with minimal supervision.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist from registration to checkout.
• Provide room rate quotes and guide guests on resort information.
• Handle cash and card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete checkout procedures.
• Place and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
