Job summary

Extended Stay America in Fayetteville, NC seeks a friendly Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, and manage check-ins/outs and payments according to company guidelines. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accuracy, and strong teamwork.

You will also handle daily front desk tasks, maintain an organized lobby, support breakfast setup, and ensure safety and cleanliness across public areas. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient operation of property management system technology.
• Understand and comply with safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Manage problems, address and solve guest-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests and answers phones; check in/out; collect payments.
• Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures in accordance with guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area, lobby, and guest areas in compliance with standards.
• Maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts.
• Setup, maintain, and takedown breakfast display in a timely manner.
• Follow safety and security procedures and report issues.
• Cross-train in housekeeping and laundry as needed.
