Job summary

Paycom seeks a friendly Guest Service Representative for our Fort Lauderdale hotel to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs, ensuring smooth front desk operations and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will use the front desk software to process payments, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and provide local information.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Must be able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems; prior front desk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
