Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and handle payments and reservations at our Fort Lauderdale/Deerfield Beach property. You will maintain front desk operations, respond to guest requests, and support breakfast setup while upholding safety and service standards.

The role requires basic math, strong English communication, and a positive service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English effectively with guests, associates and vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system and audit duties as assigned.
• Familiarity with safety rules and operating procedures; able to complete routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests; answer phones and check in/out.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure lobby and public spaces meet standards.
