Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate for our Jacksonville property. You will greet guests, check them in/out, and ensure a smooth, courteous experience throughout their stay at our hotel.

Responsibilities include using hotel computer systems, handling payments, answering inquiries, and providing information on local attractions. Prior hospitality experience is preferred; must be able to stand for long periods and work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to use a computer system for check-in/out and payments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and register them.
• Input guest information, process room assignments, and code keys.
• Handle payments and balance the house bank.
• Provide information on local attractions and outlet hours.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
