Qualifications

Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Ability to perform moderately complex calculations with a calculator.
Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and register them promptly; provide information on outlets and local attractions.
Complete registration using the computer system; assign rooms based on guest needs; code keys and coupons.
Handle payments: cash, vouchers, and charges; balance the house bank.
Answer phones clearly in English; relay messages and assist guests with requests.
Close guest accounts at checkout and ensure guest satisfaction; address complaints per guidelines.
Maintain safety procedures and assist in emergency situations; keep front desk areas neat.
