Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Part Time Guest Service Agent to greet guests, register rooms, handle reservations and payments, and respond to guest needs in a courteous, service-driven environment.

The role includes assisting in breakfast areas, supporting luggage handling during peak times, and contributing to overall guest satisfaction. Previous customer service experience is preferred, with PMS knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Register guests to hotel rooms and establish payment methods.
• Make and confirm reservations; handle payments and provide change.
• Transmit and receive messages via telephone or PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner and resolve complaints.
• Secure valuables in hotel safe and balance accounts.
• Assist in the breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods.
• Maintain awareness of guest satisfaction scores and contribute to improvements.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
