Job summary

It also requires standing for extended periods, balancing accounts, and assisting in breakfast or luggage handling during peak times in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and process transactions.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Transmit and receive messages using telephone or PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Secure guests' valuables in hotel safe.
• Balance accounts and conduct audits.
• Support overall guest satisfaction and safety.
