Kampgrounds of America, Inc. (KOA) is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to check guests in/out, issue keys, register reservations, and maintain store inventory. You will uphold KOA standards, handle payments, and ensure a clean, well-stocked facility.

Responsibilities include resolving guest concerns, reporting shift activities, and upselling ancillary services while maintaining professional communication with guests and team members in a dynamic campground environment.

Formación

• Fluent English and strong communication skills are required.
• Strong decision-making ability and conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of campground operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests at front desk following KOA standards.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints with camp standards in mind.
• Prepare shift checklists and downtime reports as required.
• Answer guest inquiries about campground amenities and local attractions.
• Operate campground property management system and log messages.
