Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication with staff and guests
• Ability to manage guest conflicts calmly and professionally
• Strong negotiation and sales skills to maximize ancillary revenue

Responsibilities

• Exceptional guest relations: greet guests, assist, measure satisfaction and address concerns
• Front desk coordination: check-ins/outs, reservations, property tours, events
• Safety & compliance: ensure building safety, respond to emergencies, daily space inspections
• Documentation: follow policies and log activities accurately
• Revenue management: support lead management and sales objectives, review inventory
• Essential support: laundry duties and general facility maintenance
• Cross-training: learn duties of non-management staff and assist as needed
• On-site shift: stay on site for the entire shift with paid 30-minute meal break
