Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) is seeking a Full Time Guest Services Ambassador for our Camp Springs, MD property. You will master front desk operations, greet guests, and serve as the essential face of the hotel, coordinating reservations, tours, and events while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience by greeting guests warmly and assisting.
• Manage guest satisfaction and resolve conflicts calmly.
• Coordinate front desk operations: check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations, tours, and events.
• Ensure safety of the building and occupants; respond to emergencies per procedure; inspect spaces daily.
• Document work activity and ensure policies are followed.
• Support revenue management: lead management, sales objectives, and review inventory to maximize studio revenue.
• Maintain ancillary sales to meet guest needs and drive revenue.
• Perform laundry duties and general cleaning/maintenance of laundry facilities.
• Cross-train on duties of non-management staff and perform them when needed.
