Job summary

Sandpiper Property Management, LLC (SPM) in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to be the essential face of the hotel, handling front desk operations and guest relations.

You will coordinate check-ins, reservations, and safety procedures while delivering excellent service and supporting laundry and other duties to ensure a smooth guest experience. Strong communication, calm problem solving, and adaptability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Guest Relations & Front Desk Operations: greet guests, provide assistance, determine satisfaction, manage conflicts
• Front Desk Coordination: handle check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations, property tours, events
• Safety & Compliance: ensure building safety, respond to emergencies, inspect spaces daily
• Accuracy & Documentation: follow policies, log work activity as required
• Revenue Management: lead management, complete sales and marketing objectives, review studio inventory
• Ancillary Sales: sell additional offerings to meet guest needs
• Essential Support: laundry duties and general cleaning of laundry facilities
• Cross-Training: learn duties of non-management staff and cover as needed
