Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to be the hotel’s face and operations utility. You will master front desk duties, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support reservations, laundry, and safety processes with accuracy and initiative.

As GSA you will manage check-ins, move-outs, renewals, and property tours, respond to guest calls promptly, and help maximize studio revenue through effective upsell and cross-functional collaboration.

• Document work activity and follow policies consistently.
