Responsibilities

• Provide Four Diamond service and respond promptly to guest requests during check-in/check-out and throughout the stay.
• Maintain a cash bank; balance cash transactions; process drops and refunds as required.
• Create/update guest accounts and maintain confidentiality of player accounts.
• Operate hotel systems with PMS and related software; ensure billing accuracy and proper documentation.
• Maintain relationships with guests and cross-sell resort services and amenities.
