Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver Four Diamond service, assist guests during check-in/out, and manage cash and accounts with professionalism. You will operate hotel systems, handle comps, and build strong guest relationships to enhance loyalty.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in a hotel or casino setting, with strong communication and multi-tasking abilities and a willingness to work nights and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• A High school diploma or GED; minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a Hotel/Casino environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform this job.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Basic algebra concepts.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class “A” gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Know PRC property offerings, locations, amenities, hours of operation, services and rate plans.
• Respond to guest requests promptly during check-in/check-out and throughout stay with Four Diamond Service.
• Maintain a cash bank and complete shift closing with approvals; perform drops and refunds as needed.
• Issue discretionary comps based on play and comping limits.
• Create, update, and reprint club member accounts in the gaming system.
• Establish and maintain relationships with guests at all levels.
• Perform standard check-in/check-out and billing in hotel system.
• Operate computer systems (PMS, CMP, HOTSOS, etc.).
• Adhere to yield management procedures with promotions and events.
• Adhere to PCI and cash handling policies.
• Remain calm in emergencies and lead by example.
• Other duties as assigned.
