Job summary

Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, CA seeks a Service Server to enhance the guest experience across restaurant venues. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell menu items, and ensure accurate checks while upholding Four Diamond service standards.

Experience in hospitality is preferred; candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced team environment, maintain knowledge of menu and wine pairings, and deliver exceptional service from seating to payment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience preferred to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Greet tables upon arrival with a warm, personable approach.
• Sell menu items by pairing items and matching guest tastes.
• Be an ambassador of the guest by tailoring service to expectations.
• Take guests’ order accurately and deliver food orders per service steps.
• Take and deliver beverage orders for each table.
• Preset tables for service with needed items.
• Clear all soiled china, glass, or silverware during dining experience.
• Be knowledgeable about all menu items (food/beverage/wine).
• Demonstrate proper service etiquette with every guest.
• Maintain an accurate running check and present the final bill; process payments per procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
