Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA is seeking a friendly Server to deliver Four Diamond service at our dining outlets. You will greet guests, upsell menu items, pair recommendations with tastes, and ensure an amiable, professional guest experience.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED; six months of restaurant experience preferred. Must hold a Food Handlers certificate, a Tips certification, and be eligible for a Class A gaming license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; at least 6 months experience preferred.
• Must qualify to obtain/maintain Class A gaming license.
• Must qualify to obtain/maintain a Food Handlers Certificate.
• Must qualify to obtain/maintain a Tips Certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet tables with a warm, personable approach.
• Sell menu items by suggesting pairings and tailored recommendations.
• Be an ambassador of the guest by asking questions and aligning service to expectations.
• Take guests’ orders accurately and deliver food promptly.
• Take and deliver beverage orders for each table.
• Preset tables for service with needed items.
• Clear soiled china, glassware, and silverware during dining.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items and wine.
• Demonstrate proper service etiquette with guests.
• Maintain an accurate running check and present the final bill.
• Process payments according to cash handling procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
