Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Guest Services Agent to assist Owners/guests with villa check-ins, amenities overview, and local activities. You will respond to questions, coordinate with departments, and ensure satisfaction, while supporting bellman duties as needed.

Position requires greeting guests professionally, upholding safety procedures, and contributing to team goals within a dynamic hospitality environment at our Deer Valley location.

Responsibilities

• Checks Owners/guests into villas, reviews amenities, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Listens and responds to guests' questions, concerns, and requests; contacts other departments to resolve issues.
• Identifies and explains room features to guests (e.g., room key, ice and vending areas).
• Follows up with Owners/guests to ensure requests or problems are met to their satisfaction.
• Answers telephone calls and routes calls to the proper department as applicable.
• May assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location.
• Welcomes and greets guests; anticipates and addresses their needs.
• Interacts professionally with colleagues and guests; contributes to team goals.
• Follows company policies and safety procedures.
