• Assist guests with check-out and process various payment methods.
• Field guest complaints, research, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local area.
• Follow hotel policies and safety procedures; support operational standards.
• Participate in upselling and promoting marketing programs to boost revenue.
