Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year of hotel customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival.
• Register guests into the system and verify reservations.
• Handle cash and balance the cash drawer.
• Provide guests with information about facilities and local attractions.
• Assist guests with check-out and process payments.
• Field guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local area.
• Follow hotel policies and safety procedures; strive to improve operations.
• Participate in upselling and promoting marketing programs.
