Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations, check-in, and check-out and route needs.
• Protect guest privacy and security of keys.
• Communicate with management through scheduled reports and guest feedback.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, amenities, and local attractions.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
