Job summary

Stonebridge Companies in Grand Junction seeks a Guest Service Agent to manage front desk operations, check-ins/outs, and guest services with attention to accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, payments, and inquiries, while maintaining records and promoting hotel promotions. Prior experience in hospitality and fluency in English are preferred; the role is part-time with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to speak English fluently.
• Ability to interpret and perform basic computer and POS system functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk according to standard operating procedures with exceptional guest service.
• Check registration (folio) cards for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and balance cash sheet.
• Answer calls and take reservations with accuracy and courtesy.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction.

Education

One year certificate from college or technical school; or 3–6 months related experience
