Qualifications
- Experience delivering exceptional guest service
- Ability to operate the front desk and reservations system accurately
- Proficiency with cash handling and balancing cash drawer
Responsibilities
- Operate the front desk and check guests in and out per procedures
- Process reservations, payments and deposits with accuracy
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and complete daily reports
- Answer calls within three rings using scripted protocol
- Resolve guest complaints and information requests professionally
- Assist housekeeping with room status updates and wake-up calls
