Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Front Desk Associate for the Hyatt Place Peña Station in Denver, Colorado. This full-time role requires weekend shifts and involves operating the front desk, reservations, check-ins/outs, cash handling, and delivering exceptional guest service to hotel guests.

You will maintain accurate reports, balance cash drawers, and stay informed about promotions, rates, and amenities.

Qualifications

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to speak English fluently. Ability to interpret and perform basic computer and POS system functions.

Responsibilities

Operate the front desk according to standard operating procedures and with exceptional guest service.
Process reservations, check-ins, and checkouts with accuracy.
Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate cash sheets.
Answer calls promptly and follow established scripts.
Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
