Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Virginia Beach Town Center is seeking a Guest Services Agent to manage check-in/check-out, assist guests with needs, and coordinate with other departments for smooth front desk operations.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, complete check-in/check-out efficiently and reflect brand standards.
Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and resolve concerns promptly.
Process payments accurately and balance shift bank.
Take and modify reservations; coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance on room readiness.
Provide local recommendations about hotel amenities and Virginia Beach area.
Maintain a clean, professional front desk and lobby area.
Follow safety procedures to protect guests and staff.
Report to shifts on time and in uniform, per policy.
