Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Virginia Beach Town Center seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the guest service team, ensure smooth check-ins, and uphold brand standards in the Town Center district.

You will train staff, handle guest concerns, serve as Manager on Duty, and collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to deliver exceptional experiences.

This full-time role requires English fluency, prior front desk or supervisory hotel experience, and flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel front desk experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Variable hours, must include weekends and holidays.Work Environment: Modern hotel in the heart of Virginia Beach's Town Center business and entertainment districtSummaryThe Front Desk Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and a seamless stay.
