You will balance payments, post charges, and coordinate with multiple hotel departments to ensure a seamless stay in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and assign rooms.
• Verify guest information, activate keys, and provide room details discreetly.
• Answer questions about hotel services and share local recommendations.
• Make, confirm, and cancel reservations; assist guests with restaurant, transportation, or entertainment bookings.
• Post charges for room, food and beverage, and other services; compute bills and collect payment.
• Coordinate with front office and other departments; route calls and messages; cross-sell hotel services.
• Represent the hotel by reporting for shifts on time, following policies, and delivering a welcoming guest experience.
