Embassy Minneapolis is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join the Front Office team, providing attentive front desk service for guests and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes. This role requires effective communication and a welcoming demeanor to enhance guest experiences in a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, payments, and coordinating with housekeeping to maintain room readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and check guests in/out efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle payments, room assignments, and reservation changes accurately.
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure timely room readiness and service needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
