Spire Hospitality LLC is seeking a guest-focused Front Desk Agent for the Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel in Bloomington, MN. Join our fun-spirited team and help deliver memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

In this full-time role, you must be able to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $17.50 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for growth and hotel discounts as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of experience in customer service or guest-facing role required.
• Full understanding of MS Office suite, Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Previous experience with hotel FSPMS systems is a plus.
