Job summary

InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport is seeking a Guest Services Agent for 3pm-11pm, Wednesday through Sunday, to be the friendly face at our airport hotel.

You will handle guest check-ins/out, room reservations, and requests, manage secure payments, verify billing, and issue room keys, while delivering attentive service with a smile.

We value team players who communicate clearly, possess cash-handling experience, and can stand for up to 8 hours in a fast-paced environment near MSP.

Qualifications

• Hotel Front Desk Experience is a must.
• Cash handling experience is crucial.
• You should read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
• Manage secure payment, verify and adjust billing, and distribute room keys.
• Be the point person for guest requests and relay messages with a smile.
