Job summary

Embassy Suites Minneapolis Downtown is seeking friendly hospitality team members to provide a memorable breakfast experience for guests. You will assist with seating, replenish food and beverages, and maintain a clean dining area in a full-service hotel connected to the Minneapolis Skyway System.

The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and some holidays.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality and friendliness.
• Ensure guests have a positive breakfast experience.
• Manage seating requests and flow of guests in the dining area.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Ensure food and beverages are replenished and presented neatly.
• Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and uniform standards.
