Highgate Hotels is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for Fairfield Inn & Suites Roswell. You will welcome guests at check-in, assist with requests, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth stay.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking and a professional appearance. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, answer inquiries, and promote hotel services and promotions while maintaining Highgate standards.

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer services experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Light work – lifting up to 20 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk.
• Maintain PBX console operation and hotel standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Balance and prepare shift closing paperwork.
• Be knowledgeable about room rates, promotions, and in-house groups.
