Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent at Fairfield Inn & Suites Roswell to provide attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay, and checkout, while helping maximize occupancy and revenue. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk.
• Maintain PBX console operation and hotel standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities, and hours.
• Log and deliver packages, mail, and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Follow cash handling and credit policies.
• Be familiar with rates, packages, and promotions.
