The ideal candidate has at least one year in a customer service role with strong communication and a love for service. A valid driver's license is required, and the ability to work weekends and holidays is essential. This role offers growth in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• A valid driver’s license with no major infractions for 6 months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Available to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to the front desk for check-in and explain amenities.
• Open doors and provide a warm welcome for arriving guests.
• Coordinate with lobby and valet teams to ensure personalized guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
