Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Guest Services Agent for Hotel Fraye Nashville, Curio Collection by Hilton, a distinctive boutique property in our portfolio located in the heart of Nashville’s Midtown. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide them to their rooms while delivering a warm, knowledgeable welcome.

The successful candidate has at least one year in a customer service role, a valid driver's license, and a friendly, engaging personality.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Interact with all guests and welcome them to the hotel.
• Assist with unloading luggage and escort guests to their rooms.
• Orient guests to the front desk for check-in and explain hotel amenities.
• Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles as requested and ensure a personalized experience.
