Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Agent for the Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide them to their rooms while sharing hotel amenities and local tips to elevate the stay.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service role with guest interaction.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and engaging personality.
• Able to stand for long shifts and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a memorable first impression.
• Assist with unloading luggage and guide to rooms.
• Escort guests to front desk and assist with check-in.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles as needed.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local area.
• Maintain clean and organized entrance area.
• Work with team to ensure personalized guest experiences.
• Go above and beyond typical service.
