Job summary

Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown, operated by Pyramid Global Hospitality, is hiring a Guest Services Agent in Nashville. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to the front desk and rooms, and share hotel amenities and local tips to ensure a memorable stay.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service with strong verbal communication, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for 6 months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• welcome guests with a warm, engaging demeanor and provide a memorable first impression.
• assist guests with luggage and escort to front desk and room as needed.
• open doors and assist with valet and vehicle coordination.
• explain hotel amenities and local area information to guests.
• work with team to ensure a personalized, seamless experience for all guests.
