Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to welcome Owners and guests, assist with villa check-ins, and showcase local attractions. You will help create memorable vacation moments in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through amenities, answering questions, coordinating with other departments to resolve issues, and ensuring exceptional service from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

Check guests into villas and review property amenities, services, hours of operation and local areas of interest.
Actively listen and respond to guests' questions and requests; contact other departments to resolve issues.
Explain room features (e.g., key usage, ice and vending areas).
Follow up with Owners/guests to ensure satisfaction of their requests.
Answer telephone calls and route to proper department as applicable.
Assist with bellman and runner duties as needed.
