Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide on Marco Island, FL seeks a friendly guest services associate to check in owners and guests, review on-property amenities, services, hours of operation and local activities. You will listen, respond to questions, and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include answering calls, guiding guests to the proper departments, and assisting with bellman duties as needed, while maintaining a professional demeanor and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Reach overhead and below the knees; perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening, contingent on company policy and applicable legal requirements.
• Specific job duties may differ by property, team size, or facility.

Job Summary

Hourly Rate: $20.00

Check in owners/guests into their villas, review property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests, contacting other departments to help resolve issues. Identify and explain room features (e.g., use of room key, ice and vending areas). Follow up with owners/guests to ensure their requests or complaints have been met to their satisfaction. Answer telephone calls and route calls to the proper department. May be asked to assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location.
