• Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, offering a warm first impression.
• Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in and provide directions.
• Explain hotel amenities and local attractions to guests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure personalized guest experiences.
• Assist with luggage handling and any guest requests to WOW them.
