Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Boston Marriott Burlington is seeking a friendly MClub Attendant to welcome guests, assist in the lounge, and ensure a polished food and beverage presentation.

You will work in a full-service hotel environment, delivering warm service, maintaining lounge areas, and coordinating with other departments to create memorable guest experiences.

Experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality or food service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and provide personalized service.
• Create a relaxing lounge atmosphere during evening hours.
• Set up and maintain MClub food & beverage presentations.
• Keep the lounge clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• Ensure only eligible guests access the lounge.
• Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless experience.
