Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at a busy location. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely, assist with luggage where applicable, and provide directions and local information to guests.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional interactions and accurate handling of tickets, payments and vehicle keys. Seasonal/temporary roles may be non-benefit depending on plan terms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to read and write standard English; basic math skills for handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and assist guests with parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Assist guests with luggage where applicable and deliver friendly, attentive service.
• Explain parking rates and procedures, issue and collect claim checks, and manage ticket information.
