Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work.
• Work Experience: One month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge: Customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and assist with parking and luggage as needed.
• Operate valet and parking flow in a safe, efficient manner.
• Provide information about local attractions, facilities, and services.
• Handle tickets, fees, and revenue collection accurately as required.
• Support guests with directions and special requests as they arise.
