Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s; understand 24-hour time systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Explain rates and retrieval procedures, manage keys, tickets, and payments.
• Provide directions, taxi/reservation information, and shuttle guests as needed.
• Support guests with arrival and departure activities to deliver a smooth experience.
