Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt, safe manner. You will assist guests with luggage during arrivals and departures and provide information about local attractions and facility amenities.

The role includes answering questions, guiding guests, and processing parking tickets in a fast-paced outdoor environment. A valid driver's license and customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or training required.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly, attentive manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly; assist with luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets and receipts.
