Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality as guests arrive and depart. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and local information at our Houston location.

The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, accuracy in ticketing and revenue collection, and professional communication with guests and coworkers. Training will cover safety and procedures for peak times.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Must have a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work (or commute from nearby).
One month of related experience or training; or an equivalent education/experience combination.
Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
Assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles and help with luggage where applicable.
Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and track tickets and keys accurately.
Provide information about local attractions, directions, taxis, reservations and hotel amenities.
Maintain accurate ticket information, guest folios, and revenue collection as needed.
