Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Texas to deliver outstanding hospitality, assist guests with luggage, and manage vehicle parking in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, provide directions, and help with reservations and inquiries while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor.

The role emphasizes safe vehicle handling, accurate ticketing, and timely service during varying hotel volumes, with tips included daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license in the applying state or within commutable distance.
• One month related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English, plus basic math and numeracy.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional hospitality and assist guests with luggage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Maintain accurate ticketing and revenue collection in the valet system.
