Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate at our Houston-area properties to deliver friendly, efficient hospitality while assisting guests with parking, luggage, and directions.

You will be responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles, greeting guests by name, and maintaining safety and accuracy in ticketing and payments. Shift options run 7:00am to 2:00am, with occasional variations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state of employment or within a commutable distance.
• Work Experience: 1 month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage, directions and requests as needed.
• Maintain accurate ticketing, payment processing and vehicle location information.
