Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and assist guests with parking, luggage, and related services. You will greet guests, manage vehicle flow, and ensure safe, efficient operations at the parking facility.

Responsibilities include handling tickets, explaining rates, and aiding guests with directions and inquiries. The role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license (state of application or commutable distance).
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read/write English and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage keys, tickets and receipts accurately.
